We provide consulting services for project management, including technical analysis, review, commenting and approval of project technical documentation (including the vendors' documents), as well as analysis and formalization of regular reporting documentation for the project progress
Regular project progress reports (weekly, monthly) with detailed analysis for every discipline/activity
Our engineers will perform the detailed review of the project activities and provide the results of the analysis as structured report:
